Find a Dentist - OCONUS

This OCONUS Find a Dentist application is available to help remote OCONUS ADSMs find a TRICARE OCONUS Preferred Dentist (TOPD). TOPDs have been trained on ADDP requirements, meet ADDP quality criteria, will not request payment from ADSMs (authorized/approved ADDP care is paid for by the Government), and will file all ADDP claims.

Important! Remote OCONUS ADSMs may self-refer for routine care (e.g., dental examination and cleaning); however, OCONUS ADSMs MUST receive an appointment control number (ACN) from United Concordia prior to receiving ANY civilian dental care. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that all remote OCONUS ADSMs contact United Concordia for assistance with obtaining an ACN and appointment scheduling.
